A 120-minute deep dive into your emotional ecosystem. We unpack triggers, unravel trauma loops, and craft personalized healing tools that feel tailor-made—not copied from someone else’s playbook. This is groundwork for growth. Sacred, messy, yours.

We start where most people chicken out: facing what’s been shoved into the emotional attic. This 60-minute session is all about seeing clearly. We name what’s lurking—your triggers, protective parts, buried grief, and the stories that run the show when you're sleepwalking through your day. It's blunt, revealing, and surprisingly relieving..

 Integrate It –  You’ve met your shadow. Now we make peace with it. Across 3–5 soul-saturated sessions, we listen deeper, unpack layers, and build rituals and practices to help you live less on autopilot and more on purpose. Expect journal prompts, intuitive reflections, and the kind of emotional honesty that rewires you from the inside out. Integration = liberation

 Initial call (15 minutes) + full intuitive interpretation + detailed PDF with visuals. I do things a little differently with these readings. We will pull the cards together, but I will not send you the full interpretation for a few days. The reason behind this is A. I want to give you time to also write down anything significant that comes to your mind or feelings you have around the cards, without the power of suggestion. B. I have found that sitting with these cards and readings for some time gives me more insight and clarity into what they mean for you specifically. Then we come together and go over it.
